USATF Minnesota Athletes at National Junior Olympic Cross Country

The 2016 National Junior Olympic Cross Country Championships were held on Saturday, December 10 in Hoover, Alabama with over 3,000 athletes participating.

Six athletes from the Minnesota Association competed in the event with the following results:

Hadley Knight finished 86th out of 200 competitors in the Girls 8 & Under 2000m with a time of 9:50.99.
Claire Vukovics finished 20th (12:32.3) and Daisy Islas finished 28th (12:46.01) out of 300 competitors in the Girls 9-10 3000m.
Adam Anderson finished 139th out of 332 competitors in the Boys 15-18 5000m with a time of 18:03.03.
Amanda Forliti finished 59th (21:30.89) and Caroline Schoessow finished 75th (21:57.79) out of 146 competitors in the Girls 15-18 5000m.
